We ran into some challenges during the process though, but every member of the team was positive, kind, thoughtful and able to help us find the solutions we needed. They are a terrific team and we look forward to working with Chris, Aaron, Jeremy and Mike again in the future!
(May 28, 2021, 7:23 pm)If you'd ask me for a review a few months ago, I'd say Kitchener Kia is a joke. You did a smart thing getting rid of your service team - they were an absolute joke to deal with. Glad to hear Marc and Tyler were fired. I received more FRIENDLY help and service over the phone for a few minutes than I have in 7 years. Thank you Mike for actually giving a care about someone who you don't even know. I told everyone I knew not to go to Kitchener Kia, now I will retract that.

(May 14, 2021, 5:50 pm)Good, Safe, Friendly, staff. Mike Lapierre the service manager treated me like family. Needing auto repairs done in these trying times started out to be very stressful until I went to Kitchener Kia. The communication and reassurance was excellent. The price was reasonable. I am thrilled how smoothly the experience was. I am over joyed to now have the peace of mind that my car is back to being safe. It drives like a dream. Thank you to Mike and all the staff that worked on my car.

We have had bad car buying experiences before so were a bit hesitant but the team at Kitchener Kia was amazing from start to finish. Geoff was incredibly friendly, attentive and knowledgeable and provided great service. Annamarija was incredibly efficient and made the paperwork portion so quick and easy to complete as she knew we had a toddler coming in with us. Thank you to the team at Kitchener Kia for such a great experience! We love our car.
