I switched from Aviva insurance to Desjardins a few years ago and Jeff is unbelievably amazing! He is always very friendly, personable and professional. I’m saving hundreds of dollars per year on my premiums by using Jeff Cole. I highly recommend him for all your insurance needs.

Just signed on with Jeff at Desjardins and I must say the process was seamless. I wasn't overly thrilled with my last provider but always feared the lengthy procedure of switching providers. Well I couldn't have been more wrong. The process was simple and felt like it only took minutes and I am very happy with my new plan. I highly recommend this office.

I had Brooke Rew work on getting me a better quote for my truck, also got me an amazing quote for my new toy i will be purchasing which is a Polaris Slingshot. It was pretty hard to even find an insurance company to insure the Slingshots, but Brooke did it for me without an issue!! In the mean time of going over my auto quotes, she also worked in a great price for personal life insurance! Would recommend Brooke to anybody. Also met the man himself, Jeff Cole, had a great conversation with him about being self employed and shared some laughs with Brooke and Jeff while we were going through all the info for the quotes. Dealt with Brooke Rew, who was able to get us auto and home insurance at substantially less than what we had been paying with another provider. The transition was seamless. She was absolutely a pleasure to work with! She is very professional, smart, organized, thoughtful, kind and down to earth. It reminded me of "old school" service....which is hard to find these days. Also, Jeff Cole took the time to meet us and chat - nice guy and he too made us feel like he 'cared' and that we weren't just a 'number' (as did Brooke).
