“I've been with Bayshore for almost 10 years as a PSW. It has gone though a lot of radical changes though the years. Kitchener Bayshore has changed branch management and I feel this is a very good change. All of the new staff/management have now been in Kitchener for over a year, maybe 2 even. The Nursing supervisors are supportive and caring, as is the HR Manager and last but not least the Branch Manager. They will sit down and discuss any difficulties you're having. “Freedom Cycle…..Freedom on the Docks……the name says it all! Nothing is more freeing than riding in the open air to great music (loved the 90’s throwback songs!) and an awesome instructor. I always look forward to Alana’s rides…..challenging but always fun. No matter how tired I am, I feel drawn to these classes and leave feeling strong and accomplished! “This is such a hidden gem of a training facility. Warren, the owner, is so genuinely caring and helpful and really knows what he's talking about. There are a lot of places like this popping up, but the feel of this gym is a lot more personally focused. You'll really feel the workout the next day!”

“Awesome trainers and staff! The facility is clean and aesthetically pleasing. They'll give you towels before the workout and clean everything after you're done. Great workouts with a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, medicine balls, boxes, hammers, etc. The sessions are usually 45-50 mins of circuit style training. Super fun and great music to get you pumped. The trainers go around ensuring proper form and giving encouragement. The workouts are great for anyone looking to get a crazy sweat in, increase stamina, and overall general fitness. They combine strength, power, and cardio with a variety of daily sessions. You also define your capabilities, it's up to you how hard you want to work. The staff will look out for your safety and motivate you, but it's ultimately up to you. You decide if you want to do 20 push-ups or 8 pushups in 30 secs. They also have high quality apparel, yoga mats, massage guns, and a lot of other fitness goodies. Sometimes they have recovery classes where you can actually use the massage guns! Overall great gym with amazing people. I would highly recommend you check them out!”

I particularly like the Mom and Baby Yoga and Moms and Movers yoga. You get to do some yoga with your little ones in tow and the instructors and other patrons help one another. It is a warm environment where you can connect with other moms and parents and is a space that is for the whole family!”
