(October 20, 2018, 1:00 am)I went in to buy a Woods parka and could not find my size out on the floor. The lovely salesman (I believe his name was Michael) looked it up in their inventory, saw it was in stock and spent almost 15 minutes searching for it in the back room. Turns out they had very recently received it and he looked through all of the boxes of new stock to locate it for me. I greatly appreciated his effort, loved the jacket and bought it. The gentleman who rang the sale through (turns out he was the sales manager) was also incredibly helpful. Although the Woods brand is new to Sport Chek, he spent time answering all of my questions about the jacket and even looking up any additional information for me online. I was thoroughly impressed with the service here, as both of my interactions with two separate employees was stellar. Although the Cambridge location is closer to me, I will now make sure to drive the distance to come to this store.
