“Our furniture arrived earlier than expected (yay!) but then there were some difficulties in assembling one of the chairs. I got in touch with head office and even though it was a Saturday, they were immediately responsive. Within a few days, the chairs (two are the same) were returned (by us), assembled at Hauser at no charge and ready to pick up. The furniture is just beautiful and I know it will stand up to many years of use. Thank you Hauser! I would highly recommend the company and its products.”

“Working with JWS was phenomenal!! We had just a regular basement to finish and a pretty unique room to add to it. They went above and beyond! They added fun details for our kid's area like some play space under the stairs and key details that made the room function perfectly. For our unique room that we added, we envisioned a cigar, scotch and wine bar. It wasn't easy to get all of our ideas out, but once John and Sheila heard what we were thinking, they made our vision come to life and be better than what we expected! We have key features like drawers that are humidors for cigars, amazing wood beams that they had to fit perfectly with the bar, concrete counter tops, brick wall behind lighted shelves, and so much more! They were super easy to work with, listening to everything we had in our minds, and they were always super responsive. I remember that I went to pick out the fireplace and I messaged Sheila to see if the one I liked would work, and she got back to me in seconds so I could buy it on the spot!! We looked at about 5 companies before JWS, all were more expensive and didn't really get our vision. We genuinely could not be happier with John, Sheila and Brock for their time and personal attention during the job, and the whole team in general was a pleasure to work with. “We bought a wide seat power recliner and everything was perfect from the moment we ordered online, got the order confirmation and the notification of the pick-up time. Even they walked the extra mile when mistakenly a new employee told us we could pick it up until 9:00 pm. We drove all the way from Burlington and arrive around 7:00 to learn the warehouse just delivers until 5:00 pm. After explaining we were told something different and we were driving from that far, they were very kind to drive us to the warehouse and deliver the recliner. Again, we are really satisfied and looking for the next opportunity to buy something else from here.”
