“I had him come over to fix the stitching on an old couch but when he was here he noticed that the seat cushions were worn out and the foam needed to be replaced (we knew, we just hadn’t thought about having it done at the same time). We decided to let him fix that as well and both the stitching work and replacing the padding was done super fast and with amazing results. I wish I would have taken a good “before” picture because it looks practically new now, which is saying a lot for a couch that is more than 15 years old and has survived three house moves. “I bought a Leap chair from POI and was really happy with their service. Delivery of the chair was delayed due to COVID, but I was kept up to date by POI staff. One point of feedback would be with regards to instruction to delivery partners to leave the chair in a safe place. My chair was delivered by UPS and the person left the chair on my driveway in plain sight of everyone. He did not ring the bell to let us know that a delivery had been made, or place it somewhere where it wouldn’t be visible to everyone passing by. The box says Steelcase right on it, so anyone motivated enough could attempt to take the box. Hopefully that helps.”
