“I have had two surgeries done here. It was amazing experience. My roommate snuck out of the hospital and was exercising in a gym the next day. This is the best place in the world to have this surgery. I flew in from the USA. The place was filled with US doctors and other people who had done their research. I had my surgeries done over 10 years ago. The bonding experience is great, you can talk to all of the people who had their surgeries done before you have yours done. I actually had a great time, although it was not a vacation it sort of seemed like one.”

“Dr Tam is a very caring and friendly doctor. He cares about the well being of his patients. His staffs at the front is very friendly. They greet people hello and good byes with a smile. The pharmacy inside the clinic is very convenient and the pharmacist is also considerate. They will price match with Costco if you don’t have insurance. I live in Scarborough and my old family dr used to be 5 minutes away from my house. My daughter and I don’t regret switching to Dr Tam as our family doctor.”

The one thing I don’t like and this never returned is the buy products piece. I feel the sales tactics are quite frequent (can’t say pushy) but I felt that every time I went there there was always follow up conversations to buy products. If that cold sale method wasn’t used I would definitely return for sure.”
