“Good place! They were pretty quick and the staff were kind. I got the crispy chicken tacos and I was hoping that there might have been a little more for how much they cost, but they were still good!”

“Amazing dining experience at this restaurant in PEI. Service very friendly. A floating restaurant on the water, such a great location. Nice view at night too. Food was spectacular. So fresh, and arrived quickly. We had the mussels, lobster roll, beet/goat cheese salad, seafood chowder... which was the BEST I've had traveling to the Maritimes this summer. Husband and son really enjoyed the burger too. This place needs to be visited, when in PEI.🙂”

“🐟 Taste: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4.5/5) 👉🏻 I ordered the Crispy Salmon, and the flavor was delicate and light. The only minor drawback was the slightly soft crust, but overall, it was delightful. 💲 Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👉🏻 The pricing is excellent for the quality and portion size. Truly value for money! 👨‍🍳 Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 👉🏻 The staff were efficient and attentive, adding to the positive dining experience. 🍟 Recommendation: 👉🏻 If you're looking for another dish to try, I'd highly recommend their fish and chips. I had a taste from a friend's plate, and it was absolutely scrumptious!”

“Hi I am Naeem Khan I am a Bangladeshi I really want to learn international standard cooking. I have heard a lot of reputation of your institute especially in Canada, so I am very interested to take a course in your institute. I have completed the second semester of my degree running in my country, but I can speak English very well. I can understand. Can I apply for a course in your institute in Canada? I and my wife want to do the same course. Because later I come to Bangladesh and I want to make an international quality hotel in our country”

“An incredibly affordable fine dining experience! It's a shame that they now close during the summertime, as I know tourists would really enjoy it - and likewise, students may appreciate having a summer job option after graduating. Hopefully this changes in the future. So many delicious and well thought out dishes made with local ingredients, there is something for everybody here. The menu rotates on occasion, giving reason to visit multiple times a year. Favorites would be the roasted stuffed poblano chili - so deep and flavorful with a beautiful chocolate sauce (and don't worry, it's not spicy)! Their mixed/cheese boards are always stacked with a variety of delicious cheeses and breads to share with a group. The salads are pretty simple, but always hit all the right notes in terms of flavor. Bruschetta is pretty tasty, though you don't really get a lot per serving in this dish. I did enjoy their roasted mushroom and barley risotto - it's hearty, and the honey roasted carrots are just so soft and savory-sweet. One downfall they had with the menu was a lack of vegetarian pasta. All dishes contain meat or fish - hopefully when we visit next year this will change and they'll include at least one vegetable pasta option. If you happen to have room for dessert, their pastries and cakes are amazing. All of them really hit the spot and look so beautiful.”
