“The cafe lives up to its name. The atmosphere, the food, the service definitely has an air of grace in every aspect of the restaurant. The food and service quality is well above average. You can tell they care about their guests with the precision of the food preparation. Everything seemed to be cooked and plated perfectly. They seem to genuinely care about every aspect of the business and try to make each customer feel welcome. Though the prices are on par with every other diner/cafe, and there's no menu option for a large meal, those choices also help to create the graceful atmosphere. If the prices were cheaper, the place would be packed, and if they served larger meals, you'd feel too full. It's a great location to pop in and pop out without feeling like you've overdone something. It seems that a lot of the patrons were regulars who left Maids.”

“ Loved this place. We booked this because it was reasonably priced but did not expect much, especially since we have stayed at other Canadian university dorms before, which were horrible due to the quality of the accommodations and the lack of temperature control. This one was a nice departure. The huge, fully air-conditioned suite with high ceiling has three individual rooms, a kitchen, and shared toilet and bathroom. Towels and sheets are clean, Wi-Fi is decent. Housed in a nice modern building. Staff was friendly and efficient and check in/out was fast. Highly recommended!”

They didn't mind answering my questions or when I called my husband and asked them to tell him some of the info. I traveled from out of province to take my dog to them and it was the best decision!! “A charming and full with local products. Very fresh. Bought some liquor from Deep Roots, some local honey (canoe Cove honey), sourdough olive bread and garlic bread (sorry, but can't remember the baker, but remember her lovely smile) and across from her- we bought some extremely good cheeses. Coffee beans and fresh strawberries. One can eat there, we took it to the rv and enjoyed a king worth of a breakfast. Come, by, enjoy! P.s. how could I forget about the apple cider (made from local wild once)”
