(August 5, 2021, 4:39 pm)I’ve increased my rating on this one. It is one of the few lighthouses you can enter and go up in this area of PEI. If you climb all the way to the top it offers a good view but very small area and tricky climb so beware. The bottom floor offers a few historic summaries to read through and you can ask questions of the attendant who knows some background history. This one specifically was operational until quite recently in 2012.

(February 9, 2021, 12:57 pm)This beautiful lighthouse is located on a street corner and isn't an active lighthouse but rather, it acts as a museum. When visited, the place was closed but the visual setup gives many composition options if you are looking for photography ops.

(July 18, 2019, 11:41 pm)Victoria is an amazing little place. The tide was out and my daughter and I walked the ocean floor and collected shells. We saw a fishing boat get unloaded.
