“I don't like sand. It's coarse, and rough, and irritating, and it gets everywhere, and this beach is full it!!!!! Other than that the water is really warm here in the summer, which is great to wash off the sand. Jokes aside, the beach got hit pretty hard by huricane Fiona. The old beach access is gone, it's been replaced with new stairs which are in good condition. But there's no ramp access if you need it. The old car park on the beach side is gone, so parking has been reduced at the beach.”

“Beautiful national historic site, and the bike rental is a nice perk to the nearby park. I did not go to the restaurant located inside, it did look quite fancy. I did rent a bike from them though and it was perfect.”
