“Very Quaint and inviting place. The staff was nice and very competent. Food was simply amazing and their Maitre D'Hotel Gilles gave us a spotless experience with his amazing service and his educated recommendations. Menu is rather limited but everything we've had was fresh and well prepared by chef Yves. Not to forget, this was their re-opening night after the pandemic lockdown we just went through, and althought they're still "breaking-in", the staff made incredible effort to make this a pleasant experience. The new owner Sylvie has made very notable changes to the place and it will only get better with time!”

“Stayed two nights during a heat wave and it was remarkably cool and cozy. Well stocked with wood, water, propane and battery power. The adjustable colored L.E.D. lighting adds ambiance and mood. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The Greb takes advantage of passive solar energy and it can get unnesscerily hot on a summer afternoon. Consider bringing a curtain to hang over the south facing patio doors. Keep the windows closed at night if you see the screens are damaged, to avoid bugs getting in.”

“As a cottage, this place is OK. The location is close to Montreal (75 minutes drive). You can do hiking around the cottage. The owner was nice and helpful. Make sure the hot tub is clean before you use it. We had a number of upset stomachs after using the hot tub. Internet was not reliable and cell coverage is spotty.”

“Our family had an amazing day with Sebastien and Isabel!! Their customer service is unparalleled. We had a pizza lunch. The pizza was so good and they even gave me the recipe for the amazing thin crust dough. They have truly created something unique and beautiful. I would recommend this spot to anyone who loves nature, beauty, art, good food, great conversations, philosophy, and many other connecting points.
