“Was riding the Veloroute des Bluets and my rear gear cable snapped. Got a ride to the shop and they started on it right away. My bike has internal cabling and it was proving to be a challenge - had to take BB off, and it took close to an hour. They did a fantastic job and the mechanic who was working on it was knowledgeable and friendly. And it only cost $45, which in my mind is a huge bargain! Would always recommend this shop.”

“My wife and I bike internationally and it is rare when you come across a company that is so good at customer service that they stand out as one of the best and need to be recognized. We were on vacation with ebikes in Canada and had an accident, damaging the derailleur hanger. Both mechanics (Paul and Gino) were busy with other projects but dropped everything to help us. They did not have the part but Paul took the old hanger off, put it in a vice, and straightened it to get us home. You can't train this kind of service into people, they just have it naturally.
