“October 2022 5* Visited the place with colleagues for quick lunch and had best pizza at the place. There is lots of seating place available so you can come with large group. The restaurant has regular menu and special daily menu. You get the free bread basket with butter. I order vegetarian pizza with green pepper and mushroom and it was nicely prepared. “We came in as a family of 4 and every one of us enjoyed the food at Flamant Crepes. We got 2 salmon crepes (without onion), 1 flamingo crepe (without cheese) and 1 Mexican flavoured crepe. All of our crepes were stuffed to the brim with meat and other toppings. Our favorite part was the freshness of the ingredients - they were cut freshly and put into the crepes (unlike other restaurants that have the ingredients out in the open). The sauce in the flamingo and Mexican crepe was so delicious! It had just the right amount of spice. Each savoury crepe was filling enough as a meal that we stayed full the rest of the evening. In fact we planned to get 2 sweet crepes after our meal and split it, but we were so full that we decided to come back to try them. We highly recommend this restaurant and if you are getting the salmon crepe, unless you're a huge fan of cheese, ask for no or very little cheese on it. By the end of the crepe the cheese flavor was a bit too overpowering. But it was still super delicious and had a lot of smoked salmon in it. Overall it was a great experience and they had fantastic customer service!”

“It’s really really good. Would give 4.5 if I could. The staff are wonderful, place is clean. Has candies too. I got the chocolat belge mini cone, it was quite big! The one thing I would say it’s a bit expensive - the mini cone dipped comes out to over 6$. There could be some improvement on the freshness of the cone, it’s a bit humid. Ice cream is great, very thick but a tiny bit waxy. Overall really awesome though!”

“Fast service. There was no tables to eat inside but there are chairs outside. Got the half jerk chicken and single portion mac & cheese. The jerk chicken came with rice, salad and dipping sauce. The jerk chicken was not spicy to me but it was perfectly cooked. Every bite was Super juicy!! Mac and cheese was as expected and satisfied my craving. The rice was fluffy and soft. The salad was fresh and came with two fried plantains! The meal came in eco friendly boxes and bag. Highly recommend to try and would visit again.”

“Love the ambience. Clean, organized and cozy! Walked in on two elderly ladies greeting and hugging speaking polish. So heartwarming. They have a nice assortment of meats as well as polish fare. Tried their doughnuts for the first time… I think they’re the best doughnuts I’ve ever eaten!! Can’t get over it! So good! Had 1 strawberry & 1 vanilla, they also have prune. Glad these neighbourhood bastions of culture are still going strong!”

Guess, what few months later, I’m still ordering the 4-week package (works best for me(, because the quality is so impeccable and the price is very reasonable. Mélodie pays attention to my special requests (I have food allergies) and answers my emails very quickly. I also want to thank all delivery guys and girls, they’ve been working hard during the curfew time, and they keep up their good work now. I’m very happy I found Épicerie urbaine and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to save some time on cooking and to have delicious meals delivered every Monday.”

“Must Try Local Restaurant! We went here for a team dinner with a large group. Overall the food was amazing and there was lots of variety with a great atmosphere. There were some members of our group with different dietary restrictions and they were able to be accommodated because of the wide variety of food. All the food was so fresh and we got a great sampling of their best items. The food is so tasty that you can’t stop yourself from trying a little of everything. We were so full when it came to dessert time but we still got to enjoy that too! We also got to meet Chef Elvita, who is so sweet! Thank you for your hospitality!”
