While I overall had a pleasant and relatively helpful experience it seemed the 2 staff members were more interested in doing other work than providing customer service. In the past I have been asked to walk and run barefoot so they can make a recommendation of shoes. This time they just asked me (and another elderly gentlemen who came in the store). what we bought previously. They didn't appear interested in offering the same level of customer service I had come to expect from this store.”

“I am very disappointed with this company. I place an online order for Mother’s Day for my mother and aunt, I provided Mr. Denis with my credit card information. He originally wanted it by email, but I asked if I could provide it by phone, which he called me and took it. That gave me the impression that my order was placed. However, I did not get a confirmation email of my purchase nor a call back to say they were busy and could not proceed with my order or that it will be delivered later. There was no customer service at all, I would have understood if I were provided with some explanation. It really is disappointing because I wanted to provide my mother with flowers for Mother's Day seen as I do not live close to her and put a smile on her face because of everything that is going on right now, as my mother is a nurse. Update Mr. Denis, contacts me today after I sent an email saying I would like to cancel my order, explaining that it was a crazy day yesterday and that he apologize and would give me a discount on my purchase. Which I accepted as the flower was already supposedly ready and he will be deliver it personally today.”
