“Stopped in for the first time with my wife, and was friendly greeted by the ladies at the counter. They told us there was a dining room in the back, which is where we sat, in this 60’s diner atmosphere, with jukeboxes still onbthe wall of each booth. We ordered a simple meal of two toasted hotdogs with a regular poutine and one cheeseburger. The food was tasty and fresh. The cheeseburger was larger than most “casse- croute” type burgers, and loaded with the toppings. The same goes for the hotdogs. The poutine was on the small side but good, and the cheese had a good squeak! Will definately return. Update June 2023, wife had the Hot Chicken Sandwich and I had the Hamburger Steak. Both were very good, the hamburger steak was amazing. The home made cole slaw is outstanding! Very pleasant waitress once again!”

“I had an appointment for my puppy on July 7 at 10:15 am for nail trimming. It was my first time getting his nail trimmed at Mondou and he is reactive so I was quite nervous for the appointment. I would honestly like to give thanks and feedback about Amy. Originally, another representative was scheduled to trim Gemini‘s nails and that representative was pleasant to work with as well but Amy just went above and beyond during this session. She came in to help her colleague, she was very knowledgeable and she handled the situation very well and she ensured that we trimmed his nails. She honestly was so understanding, easy and pleasant to work with. It was one of the most anxious and nerve wrecking experience for both Gemini and I and I am so grateful to have worked with her because she made it easy at the end for us. She went above and beyond to make this a memorable experience and I will be returning to mondou forever for Gemini’s nail trimming because of this experience. She honestly deserves recognition for her work, her customer service and her service towards pets. She was very caring, accommodating and helpful. Thank you again Amy for your wonderful service! When a staff does a wonderful job, it really goes far and it affects both the customer and the business. I really appreciated the chicken with mushroom sauce, I would put it on your regular menu! I would have given 5 stars if the communication had been better. The returns are very long, almost impossible to talk to each other in person. Even if we didn't take the catering formula on site, we would have preferred more follow-up, with an investment of $3,000 all the same. I would do business with you again 100% despite everything, but I would be even more proactive in my follow-ups on my side so that everything goes without misunderstandings.”
