My experience was very positive. The driver was very kind and helpfull.
I have often used Aeronavette. The staff are always professional and courteous.
However, waiting times when arriving are often one hour or more ... This is not what you want when arriving from a trip. To be made to wait 1 hour and more more than the day at the airport.
