“Women’s clothing selections not the best but what they did have was decently priced. Great selection of kids clothing found a pair or Ryan’s World (my 4 year old is obsessed with him) pyjama pants for $2 as well as a superman shirt for $5. Baby clothing was a pretty reasonable price as well so bought my 7 month old a little outfit. Probably going to go here for my oldest sons back to school outfits. Staff were very nice especially given how loud and friendly my son was being. This is an exchange only store so no refunds so keep that in mind if you go there. Definitely would recommend.”

“For a store that caters to babies and children that is a pretty terrible breast feeding, family bathroom. Worn out, dirty, broken upholstered chair looks very unhygienic, no pad on granite/ marble change table. And of course nothing classier than having to feed a baby in a bathroom!! I would clean that up and use it to promote or have parents try out some products you sell. It is one thing to have products you just put on sale on back order, the least you can do is not charge me to have it shipped to my home when picking it up in store is not an option. Amazon is great isn't it? Considering the competition they are giving brick and mortar stores I would take this constructive criticism seriously.”

This company really did make sure that the clothes fits true to they’re size for woman and for this outlet in Vaudreuil you better believe it that that they are fantastic to they’re clients and help in any way to make sure you found what you needed for any occasion. Unfortunately the outlet in Mirabel is not the case ???? I was extremely disappointed with the customer care but I did give them a second try and they failed again as they did not help me when I must of had at least 10 items in my hands with my bags and all . Anyways I wont stop shopping at Banana republic as I love they’re clothes / fit/ style/ and most of all they’re awesome deals! Keep doing what you do ( staff at Vaudreuil outlet) it’s always a pleasure to shop at your store ❤️ Oh! The outlet at Laval is great as well if you happen to be near they’re !”
