“The hotel has a very nice view facing the lake. The staff was friendly and accommodated me onto the top floor upon my request. The hotel is quiet and clean.The security has regular roundups which made me feel safe for my vehicle. I really like the security service of this hotel it was way beyond expectation and I really appreciate it. It appeared that they followed the covid protocol very diligently. I would have given them 5 star for a good complimentary breakfast.”

“Clean comfortable rooms, microwave , fridge, ironing board , tv in room. The pool is really nice one of the best hot tubs for heat and size . Has a big water slide . Swimming pool. The restaurant has a good menu. You can find something reasonably priced and well presented. Underground parking. Walking distance to shops restaurants and the river walks and parks.”

“This place is in the perfect spot to put you onto some nice fishing. My friends and I camp the island's up north once a year for a week - this lodge is in a prime location to replenish the cooler ice, without taking a big dent out of your trip. Super nice staff, beautiful lodges, you really cant miss with this place. Thank you for making our trip that much better. See you next year. We will have a new umbrella on the boat. ;)”

“We loved this hotel. The front desk attendant was very polite and courteous when we checked in. We booked the space theme room and the kids loved it. The rooms were very clean and well stocked. The hotel has 2 pools including a huge waterside and splash pad area. Great value for the money. We will definitely stay here again.”

“I highly recommend this resort. The bedrooms are small, bu cozy. The grand dining hall is quite the place with its wheelbarrow lighting and the stage. The view is very impressive and amazing. I came here on a school field trip for 2 nights. The food has a huge delicious variety from grilled cheese to soup. Ice cream to cake. The place is great for us kids to explore. There's one thing i would recommend. ”

“While it is a beautiful park there isn't much to do for young families now that the pool has closed. On the plus side a new pool is opening in town and it looks pretty decent. Lake diefenbaker is about half an hour away so you could make a day trip out that way to fish. All things considered it is a beautiful and clean park I just wish there was more to do than just golf”

“We stopped at Painted Rock for one night on our way from Elk Island to Riding Mountain. What a pleasant stop it was! A quiet and peaceful place with a nice family friendly atmosphere. Our two kids played all evening with the owners’ four (lovely and well-behaved) kids, and had a great time. Beautiful view of sunset and sunrise from our campsite. In addition, the campground is clean and well maintained. Sites are well sized and private. Excellent value and a lovely place to stay. Thanks to Dawn for her hospitality.”

“Thanks so much for opening this space to the public. I had so much fun exploring the trails and eating at the winery. (They even have pizza and cheesecake!) There’s hot showers at the front and with the teepees and yurts there’s all the comforts and amenities of home. The many hiking trails have a lot to offer, I even found a stream that spills into the Saskatchewan river. Napping in the hammocks next to the badminton net was the highlight of my day. There’s even a few play areas for the kids. Thanks again, I’m already looking forward to my next stay!”
