“Was having issues with my old windows based scan tool. i was unsure if it was salvageable . Took it to OTV Saskatoon. I was very surprised they would even consider looking at something this old. They took and repaired it, from what they told me it was not an easy repair. After the repair, picked it up and it now works better then it ever has. The tech i dealt with at service desk when i dropped it off and the one that did the actual repair were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. VERY happy with my experience there”
