Small parking lot at both ends, easy mostly level trail through the woods with sunny clearings & a bench approx. 1/3 of the way from either end.
Excellent trail, not to hard (fairly level), not to long (about 30 mins. both ways), beautiful walk. Make sure to enjoy the beach too.
