Wanting to upgrade to a high end TV but I wasn't getting much feedback for information or pricing. When asking questions I was told I can't browse. Also wasn't getting any flexibility on prices like they usually do (reason people go to visions). Felt like I was at Best Buy (their price was the same as Best Buy BTW). Major bummer as there's not much for electronics stores in Airdrie. I'll keep shopping around for the time being. **Update: I contacted Gary, he was helpful and able help me get what I was looking for.”

“Travel and RV customer service was great! They were able to pinpoint exactly what we were looking for / suited us. In no time they had us making an offer on a RV (perhaps they worked a little quick). The salesman asked us for a deposit - which he assured us would be refunded should our conditions not be accepted. My husband indicated he would give a $1000 deposit via credit card in good faith to hold the unit but the salesman pressured us to put more down “to show the boss we were serious”. My husband said no nothing more than $1000. The deposit was put through immediately! However, unfortunately things did not go through - not from lack of trying on Kyle’s part. It has been coming up to 2 weeks since they took our deposit and we have yet to have it returned on our credit card. We are now told it would take about 7 days! ???? Why? They could put it through immediately on the card but can’t credit it immediately? Unacceptable- thank goodness we didn’t put the $2500 the salesman wanted us to give. This is why ‘customers’ are Leary about putting ‘refundable deposits’ down. We have since dealt with another dealership who didn’t ask us for a deposit until viewing and financing etc were approved. Would be professional of Traveland RV to refund our deposit immediately.”

“These guys saved me a TON of money. I purchased a HID bulb from another store and they charged me $160 for one bulb. These guys were honest and told me i way overpaid and so I returned the bulb and found 2 on amazon for 1/4 of the price. I was so happy they cared enough to tell me and even help me find a better price. Then they installed for me in less than 10 mins! Thank you SO much!!!! The manager Jeff was awesome and the others who helped were also awesome. Very happy and will continue to give business to them and recommend this location.”

“Update: The issue was corrected by management in a timely and professional manner. Which I appreciate more then you know. Thank you very much. I normally go to a different location as they always take really good care of me but due to circumstances I needed things done a little closer to home. The other location gave me a quote for work to be done and advised me that all locations would honor the quote. When I arrived the employee advised me they were unable to honor the quote due to an error.. that a tie rod replacement is .9 hours in labour not .5 hours. Saying that against my better judgement I went ahead with it but of course curiosity got the best of me and I phoned the other location after the work was done. They advised me that no it is .5 in labour as I was also getting a wheel alignment so they deduct .4 in labour so you are not being charged for the same work.. on top of this it states clearly on the invoice to deduct .4 labour if a wheel alignment is included. Yet they still charged me .9 in labour. For this reason I'm upset that I was ripped off and the staff did not correct there mistake.”
