“I’m not one to make reviews but when the nice office lady had gone so far above helping my wife and I get organized with contacting our realtor and the sellers and booking a time that worked for everyone, I couldn’t resist sharing. First off Marc was impressive! He came on very short notice and brought us coffee. Marc showed us everything and explained every issue in perfect detail. He even went as far as meeting back up with us to go over everything again when we thought of more questions! His prices are extremely fair! And the second meeting was completely on his own time! “I had called Cochrane Hydronics at least a year ago to discuss options for replacing my boiler for in floor heating. Recently my water heater leaked and when I called CH, he was able to come by that same day and by that evening I had quotes for 2 different systems. I originally chose one option and after doing more research I changed my mind and ordered the second option. Remember this was a rush job and I was the problem. CH responded well and rushed parts in and moved some jobs around to fit me in. I found their work to be excellent from the piping to the electrical moves. Highly recommended.”

“Great customer service and advice! We had to play phone tag for a bit due to my schedule, but nothing was missed and Nathan was very friendly and understanding. He arrived within the time frame quoted and was very congenial on the day of the appointment - which I was able to get within the week of calling! Thankfully my appliance's issue was very minor, so Nathan took the time to show me how to maintain several of my appliances so they have a long life - going to show that he truly cares about customer service and providing quality care rather than "scamming or scaring" as other companies have tended to do.”
