“I took my car in for an inspection and had my tires rotated while I was at it, after getting my car back, I realized there was a vibration in the steering wheel when idling and when I would go above 90km/h. I had to leave the city pretty quickly as I was moving so I didn't get the chance to bring it back in properly, but Rob Miller at the dealership gave me a call and offered to cover the cost of the repair for me at the GM dealership in the city I'm heading to. “Service is good with certain service agents, but you kind of have to tell them so they actually step up their game. Shuttle drivers are usually good but I got a very very rude one one time that left me stranded in the c-train station when I said I was a minute away, he decided to leave, when I have waited for them in the past for 15/20 min. Also the dealership should offer shuttle anywhere in the city, like other dealerships do, not just to the c-train Station.”

“Took my encore in for inspection as my new car warenty was running out. The lady at service desk was very nice. Service was done in a timely manner. When picking up my encore i was missing the nuts that take your tires off. But found them two days later in compartment in the truck. Just yesturday i went to use my windshield washer and they never filled my washer fluid up it was empty also they never washed my encore. It makes me wonder if they even did the inspection. I have always taken my car to a GM dealer from ontario to calgary and have never had bad service. But was not very happy with this dealership. When you have 152 point check. I would think all fluids would be filled up and car washed. Very disappointed and makes me wonder what else they didn't do to make sure my encore was in good working condition before warrenty runs out.”

“After searching over a year for a vehicle to replace my 2002 Highlander, I found what I was looking for at Select Auto. We initially had some trepidation buying from a 'used car dealership' but Wally defies the stereotype - his showroom and vehicles are immaculate, he is a delight to work with, and I drove away extremely satisfied with my new (old) Highlander. All went well for a few weeks, including a couple of road trips, but then we noticed a very small amount of fluid apparently leaking from the front end. Rather than bother Wally, I booked an appointment with a local Toyota dealership, expecting the repair would amount to nothing more than a minor tweak. I was shocked when they handed me an estimate of over $5,000. for repairs, as I knew Wally had the vehicle inspected by a qualified mechanic before the sale. I called Wally and explained the situation, and he immediately offered to have his inspector take another look; he also assured me he will not sell a vehicle that has any mechanical issues and would take care of any problem that might have existed before my purchase. After a second inspection (done at no cost to me), and with video evidence provided, I was assured that the repairs I had been quoted on were not necessary. Really Toyota??!! Since that time, whatever was leaking has resolved itself, so it was indeed a minor issue. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Select Auto and Wally Poirier if you are in the market for a top quality pre-owned vehicle. The "Big Guys' could take a page from his book, and go the extra mile for their customers - it was such a pleasure to be offered an appropriate remedy without having to fight for it! We will definitely come back the next time we're in the market for a vehicle. Many, many thanks Wally!”

“I have had my red VIBE there about three times now for service (and sometimes a tire change). This morning I was there before opening and about six cars were lined up ahead of me. Yet I was processed within minutes of them opening the doors. And I barely had a chance to grab one of the tasty fresh complimentary muffins in the waiting area before the driver called my name to take me to work. My vehicle was done by the requested earlier time, and they even washed it as well (complimentary, loved it, looks nice and shiny)! I love the drivers taking you to work or picking you up, because they always drive nice new vehicles so you get to see what those are like, not to mention that you can track the drivers on your phone. Very polite nice gentlemen. So I am giving them five stars because I have only had the best experiences here, as opposed to a few other dealerships that made me shake my head. They really understand that everyone is pressed for time and so their service intake is prompt, efficient yet friendly, informative and upfront. Whomever streamlined it all, they did an awesome job! I am very happy taking my car here and will continue to do so. I cant comment on their other offerings such as new sales, but if it is anything like taking your car for a service, you will be happy.”

“My family and I have come to GSL for vehicle servicing for MANY MANY years, they're very quick and are always quite accurate with their quick quotes before you get work done. They have a great shuttle system that can take you where you need to go on the city while you're vehicle is being repaired. Today I went in for a part that they had to order me from a dealership in the states.
