I think better training is needed as I'm not the only person who has complained about this. Otherwise, the store is great. Nice products and decent prices.”

“One of the best Marks in terms of inventory, massive. Tell you what, the customer service is dreadful at this location! I was surprised how unwelcoming were the associates at this location. Sounds like they are too far a way from the spirit of the city of Calgary. Hopefully one day someone from their management realize what’s going on inside this store :( Throughly disappointed to say the least :(”
