None of them seem to want to be there. The two older ladies who work there talk nasty in front of the customers about their coworkers. "Guess who just called?! Tracy, she's such a mother hen. Does she not think we can run this place without her?!" Come on, you're old enough to know better!”

“This is a smaller canadian tire but I still find they have a decent selection. One thing that really stands out about this location is the customer service I receive since the moment I walk in the door. They have a greeter who is always asking if I need help or can point me in the right direction. On my last visit, I needed help in a department and the greeter radioed someone for me. It was awesome.”

“Have a rental property. Tenants call at 4:30 am advising that they have no heat. My wife called the 24 HR emergency number and a LIVE PERSON actually answered. Long story short. The service man Casey was on site with in the hour and had the issue resolved, all before 6 am. Casey made sure I was aware of what was needed to be repaired and the cost before doing any of the work. Happy to have this kind of company in Airdrie.”
