“I took my RV to Lone pine get it some work done to it several months ago, As it was at 4 other shops and they could not tell me what was wrong/fix it. So I took it to Lone Pine. And as soon as I got there they had a young man with a tool bag come outside with me and i showed him what it was doing. With in 45 minutes the kid was able to fix it and explain why it happened and why it was doing that. It is the only place i would take my trailer to get service done on it very good people and smart mechanics. Thanks Again”

“Beautiful, bright new store! I love that the shelves are fully stocked and everything is easy to find, but I think the staff needs some training on customer service. None of them seem to want to be there. The two older ladies who work there talk nasty in front of the customers about their coworkers. "Guess who just called?! Tracy, she's such a mother hen. Does she not think we can run this place without her?!" Come on, you're old enough to know better!”

One thing that really stands out about this location is the customer service I receive since the moment I walk in the door. They have a greeter who is always asking if I need help or can point me in the right direction. On my last visit, I needed help in a department and the greeter radioed someone for me. It was awesome.”
