“Went in to have my tires swapped out under warranty coverage, and it was determined that two of the tires did not have the Replacement Advantage Warranty coverage which had been replaced previously under warranty and the store that had done the work had either not offered it or failed to put it on the file. While the work was being done Jared the service manager looked a little deeper and saw that I had always purchased the Replacement Advantage Warranty when ever new tires were put on. He and the General Manager went ahead and put all four tires through as warranty coverage. This saved me approximately $800+ in new tires. Despite how busy they were, and issues with their computers they still found time to do a little bit of leg work and warrantied all my tires. These guys went above and beyond. I will continue to drive from Calgary to use them for all my future tire work, well worth the extra time. These guys were great! Thanks again guys!”

The manager of the store, Edward was at the entrance greeting all the customers and sanitizing all the carts - I have never seen a manager pay such close attention to everyone at the store that enter and leave (he greeted everyone and said goodbye to everyone) whilst keeping his employees be on the floor for tidying up! Regardless of whether you find something there or not, things like these make want to return here all the time!”

“Love this location recently opened in Market Mall. This is a Home Sense outlet only so no apparel. But there are wonderful furniture finds here and not too busy as it is a newer store. It’s not connected to the mall so you’ll need to take either the elevators, escalators or stairs up.”

It honestly used to look like they carried the rejects of other locations, but I went in today and they had a ton of cute items. The one suggestion I have is that they change the signs to be more specific, I was searching for a while for sweaters and found them mixed in to multiple racks of "tops" where as other locations have "sweaters" as a section”

One thing that really stands out about this location is the customer service I receive since the moment I walk in the door. They have a greeter who is always asking if I need help or can point me in the right direction. On my last visit, I needed help in a department and the greeter radioed someone for me.
