“This is an incredible facility! I highly recommend them! The staff are so friendly and helpful. All the doctor's and technicians are so thorough, and professional, and have a genuine love for animals. They explain Everything to you, and make you feel right at home. Their attention to detail is amazing, right down to any allergies your pet my have, as they give them treats to keep them calm and happy during procedures. I recently had x rays taken for my puppy and Dr. Straub took us to the computer and went over every detail with me, explaining everything and telling me exactly how to care for my puppy, and help her heal from her injury. They made me aware of any and all risks involved with my puppy's medication, including how to administer her prescription at home, and any risks with her having to be sedated. They also give you an estimate of cost before going forward with any procedure, and explain the individual costs, so you're not blindsided with an unexpected bill. I felt confident because of the knowledge they passed along to me, and most importantly, my puppy feels comfortable when we go there. She knows she's going to be treated with love, and probably get a treat! I cannot thank them enough for the amazing care and love they showed me and my pet! 🙏”
