Noodle House

3.75 stars actually. The beef stew is excellent I would give that probably 8 out of 10, similar to Chinese beef brisket but more savory. Nice quality noodles (7/10 good mouth feel and perfect el dente) and they're simple (6.5) soup goes really well with the beef and the noodle dynamic. Definitely better than your average bowl of noodles and worth trying but I definitely get an extra order of the braised beef cuz it's so delicious. They make their broth with OXTAIL, told them to add more cause I couldn't taste it.

They were super friendly. I wanted a soup dish without beef but all of their soup dishes have beef. So they gave me the dry noodle dish I wanted with non-beef broth on the side. Plus everything was delicious and cheap! They even have pumpkin congee which was great!
