“This fun and crowded West Vancouver beach is a very popular spot, especially for active people. It boasts a beautiful new licensed cafe, a very big upgrade from your typical concession stand! Life guards on duty, beach volleyball nets, basketball courts, skate park, duck pond, playgrounds and more! Parking can be difficult to find.”

“You must visit this place. You'll need a car for a practical trip. Bus would get you there. But it would take ages (I think) huge grassy area to enjoy and a couple trails that head right down to the beach. And there's a large rock in the water to climb out on. Tons of logs washed up, so it's the ideal. Place to head for a little picnic, and it's also a wonderful place to watch a sunset. You may also spit scuba divers. This area is popular for people learning to dive with a dry suit.”

“Amazing views, found a parking spot on the first loop around the lot, surprised its not gated off yet, as it could be considered quite dangerous to walk/climb up on the rocks.”

“It's a good place for a coffee. Nice playground for the kids”
Address: 5536 Parthenon Pl, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2V7, Canada
“It is not much of a park here. To enter the park, you walk down some stairs at the end of Parthenon road. At first glance as you walk down the steps you see a nice landscaped garden but when you get to the bottom there is a gate with a no trespassing sign. At this point you may feel disappointed. There is a small beach with sand and a concrete platform where you can enjoy the view. It is not the best park in West Vancouver. The view is nice and there is some wildlife. There was seal that jumped up on to the concrete when I visited.”
Address: Gleneagles Pl, West Vancouver, BC V7W 3A1, Canada
“Tall trees park is great place to watch the sunset. It is located at the bottom of Gleneagles place and is accessed by a short staircase down to the beach. There is some free street parking in the area.”
Address: 5718 Eagle Harbour Rd, West Vancouver, BC V7W 1P5, Canada
“Eagle Harbour is another small park in West Vancouver. There is a sloping beach with real sand. There is washrooms with changing rooms and showers. It may looks like a nice place to swim, in reality it is not because the beach is too close to a marina. The water is contaminated with pollutants from the boats. Beach is a nice to relax on a warm day.”
Address: 5240-5210 Gulf Pl, West Vancouver, BC V7W 2V9, Canada
“Nice little small park with one bench to sit on to enjoy the view. Entrance is hard to find but is between a couple homes with steps leading down this park. There is now a blue sign at the entrance. This is a nice place to enjoy the sunset. There is many places to park on Gulf place road or take the bus on marine drive.”
Address: Baden Powell Trail, West Vancouver, BC V7W, Canada
“We snow shoes along the Baden Powell trail and went up to the Bowen Island lookout. We had a sunny and clear day. At the lookout, there were Camp Robbers and Stellers Jay's that came and ate nuts off our outstretched hands. The view over the bay was magnificent. This is one of the top snow shoe routes near Vancouver.”

“Ooh I love this place. It has a free tennis court... a small jockey area too. Sand box full of toys to play... playground... some stuff to do excersice and a lot of green. Is very close to the beach where the washroom is. Just a great cozy place to go.”

“Oct14/2018. Great little park to stroll around while you idle your time away waiting for a your ferry to continue your journey. Numerous shops to spend your hard earned dollars.Great for the businesses buy buy.Instead stroll around towards the dock. The Park as parks go,I like this spot to kick back and relax, you missed the ferry.People watching is fun and requires no equipment.Don't stay in your car,the park is fun. Remember to keep your ticket on your body other wise BC ferries may demand a ransom to return to your car. Have fun in Horse Shoe Bay.”

“Nices houses in park like setting”
Address: West Vancouver, BC V7W, Canada
“A small forested area with a creek and a rough trail. Not really a park. It is listed as a park by West Vancouver, so it is protected as a natural area for residents who live in the area. Caulfield creek runs through this park.”
Address: 5647 Westport Rd, West Vancouver, BC V7W 1V2, Canada
“Easy trail that's dog and kid friendly. It's not particularly long or steep, and you can go round trip in 2-3 hours. The parking lot is close to the highway and passes underneath the bridge at the start of the hike. Parking is free but somewhat limited. The payoff is Whyte Lake. There's a small dock that you can swim off of, but not much waterfront access otherwise. You can walk around to the opposite side of the lake and there's some beach access there.”
