“We're very fortunate in that this is our local Starbucks, as it's truly a great location. The staff are super-super-friendly and efficient, and the store is kept exceptionally clean. (If you sit, for five minutes, you'll see people cleaning constantly, including diligently wiping down the tables.) The only downer is that there's a middle school, very close by, and the place becomes packed, after school; so even I avoid coming here, weekday mid-afternoons, much as I love this place.”

“CoCo fresh is some of the best Bubble Tea I've had in Vancouver. Namely they are concise and timely to procure the order placed at the counter and the staff were young, perhaps inexperienced but were chipper at least. Uniquely, the company offers varying levels of sugar and ice in the tea, and allows for customers to specify a drink that is suitable to their tastes. Inexpensive and a great treat!”

“A hidden little gem! A quaint little cafe / pastry shop. Their croissants (plain, cheese and almond) are huge, light and flaky. Especially the almond croissant is delicious. Their cakes (strawberry shortcake, sweet potato mousse cake and red velvet cheesecake) are beautiful and made with good ingredients. You can taste it’s made with care. Their cold caramel latte is great with nice coffee taste and level of sweetness is just right.”

“Great workers, especially with the high turnover at Timmies in general, They are more then helpful even when the order wasn't filled properly, not at all a Michelin one star restaurant but they are more then willing to serve you. Daytime best times. Untill they get a steady night crew expect that the store might be closed till 630am 7am call first late nights. No drive through so 5min wait in line is common during peak hours.”
