“Visited this clinic for an emergency visit after some acute eye irritation didn’t resolve on it’s own. Dr. Patricia Rupnow was courteous and kind, and although she was rushed trying to fit me in for a brief appointment between already booked patients, she recognized that something wasn’t right, treated me quickly and efficiently, and had me booked in at a more appropriate time for a quick follow-up. The staff at the office also seemed kind, compassionate, and highly competent. I would highly recommend her and this office if you are in need of eye care. The one caveat I might add is that despite having a rather significant portion of their website dedicated to emergency care, they don’t seem to be set up to deal with any significant number of acute/walk-in emergencies, and a sign on the door states an email is required before being seen. I’m not sure what effect COVID has had on their service, and I felt accommodated despite this, but I think that I was the exception, not the rule. I wouldn’t show up here and expect to be treated immediately... hospital’s emergency departments might be a better choice for emergency care.”

“Lovely little French cafe with wonderful service and cozy atmosphere. Good prices and fast internet. The coffee is some of the best in Vancouver. Lots of healthy breakfast and lunch options. Bread and pastries are baked fresh everyday, the lemon bars and shortbread cookies are amazing. The owner and staff are knowledgeable and provide well above average service. Absolutely love this cafe.”

Bought the perfect thing for my friend's birthday and came away looking forward to the next time I need some flowers.
