“The rental car pick up location, although not specifically marked "ACE Rental," was a short distance from our hotel. We reserved a mini-van that would hold our luggage and bikes, and we received a new Grand Caravan that was in excellent condition. More importantly, we were stuck in traffic on our return and nearly missed our flight. Raj, the kind gentleman who runs this store, went out of his way to meet us at the airport and drive the van back to the shop himself in order to save us time. He was incredibly accommodating and considerate of our dilemma, and literally saved us from re-booking flights and re-arranging work schedules. We are incredibly grateful and would rent from this location again!”
