This one takes a place in my heart💜 Halo halo MilkTea 🍧: Halo Halo is a popular shaved ice dessert from the Philippines🇵🇭 and has all of the toppings in milk tea form😍 (try it for yourself you’ll be mind blown😉) When you’re here you should also try the Ube Mamon💜: it’s very fluffy, and light and is the best Mamon I have ever had! “Coco is always on point! Love this place, my favorite Bubble Tea joint on the West Coast and now the fifth different branch j have visited. Coco seems to be dominating the west coast and I'm so stoked/there is no wonder why. Consistency is key and where most Bubble Tea joints fail. However Coco, even as a franchise maintains that consistency no matter of drink, menu, location or if it's a soft open such as this joint. Great service, efficiency of drinks and location where you can go and enjoy slurping your BBT in one of the nearby parks. I wish Coco would expand their mobile app to BC and the West Coast, rather than just Ontario and offer us loyal west-coast customers reward schemes and loyalty points. However, I do appreciate and love how they do reoccurring monthly specials on drinks promotions.”

“We’ve had some great and delicious Aussie pies - but not from this place. The pies are very mediocre if not a little bland. I think all the ingredients are okay, but it’s like they weren’t well cooked and put together somehow, leading to a lack of flavour and depth that normally comes from a great meat pie. We tried a steak and mushroom; the steak chunks were too tough and gristly and the pie lacked overall depth of flavour. The traditional Aussie pie was very mediocre, in terms of flavour. Overall with the pies the flavour made me feel like they’ve taken some short cuts on properly preparing the filling, they should’ve been better. Sadly, the peas and gravy were the best parts of the meal. Overall the pastry was very mediocre and could’ve been better made too. Considering it cost us over $50 for 4 small personal pies, I expected better quality food. 2.5 stars would’ve been appropriate but I can’t pick a half star. I went with 3 instead of 2 because the staff and service was decent.”

“This is definitely one of the best hookah places in town. I come here a lot, sometimes with friends and sometimes on my own. Its a great place to socialize and also get some work done, on my laptop. The customer service is exceptional. The owner and the staff and very professional and kind in their approach. Their hookah also lasts longer, unlike most other hookah places. Great ambiance, great food and shakes, exceptionally good hookahs!”

I've only tried the stir fries and Hindi, they were very good and the staff was really friendly. The staff at the checkouts use to be not very friendly. “Definitely worth a visit. In my case, multiple visits a month. Waffles are always made to order and therefore crispy. Strawberry and original chubby waffles not too sweet. Oreo one was too sweet for me. Love the fuzzy fresh fruit drinks as well. At $7 for the original and $8 for the strawberry, I've definitely eaten both in one sitting. Great price points. The plates they give you is too small to lay down one entire waffle and eat with a fork and knife. You're definitely going to have to eat at least half of it like a taco. If you want to eat one with a fork and knife, cut it in half first, place the other half in the taco holder and then you'll have enough room to cut and eat with the utensils. I don't even bother with the utensils. Always ate them like a taco and loved every bite.”

“Good staff and good bubble tea. Xing Fu Tang is especially known for showing the pearls being cooked in front of a clear glass so that is nice to watch. Their brown sugar pearls are on the softer side and their milk is very creamy and delicious. My favourite bubble tea place! They’ve been adding more selections lately so it’s a nice variety, although not as diverse as other bubble tea places. However, their drinks tend to be too small for the price, so it’s nice to try it at least, or have it once in a while.”
