He stayed open at the shop until we got there and then stored the truck overnight. Safe and secure. He called a parts shop and had them make a delivery from a different town on the Saturday mid morning. He had us on the road before noon! Fantastic service, extremely fair price and very friendly! “Terrible shop. Matt lied about the time he spent working on our car, stated he had no idea how to repair it, yet refused to return it to us. Kept it for two additional days before allowing us to pick it up. It was repaired, and he claimed to have waived the Labour as a courtesy. Based on the amount of the bill, I questioned whether the Labour was actually removed while paying the full bill. Matt tried to grab me, tried to hit me. A very volatile personality. Filed a police report with the RCMP to protect future customers in case someone ends up actually getting in a fight with him. A very dirty and deceptive business. Steer clear.”

“My Ford f350 with a 6.0 diesel broke down on me. This is bad,I make my living with this truck. Anyone who lives in my area knows its tough to find a 6.0 specialist. I called the local shops in Invermere and the soonest I could get an appointment was 5 days. JRT is in Cranbrook, about a 100km from me. I called John on Thursday morning he said he could have a look. I got my truck towed to him,he diagnosed it right away and called me. I needed 2 fuel injectors. After a brief chat at around 2pm I told him to go ahead and fix it. He had the parts overnight delivered and to my surprise called me at 10:30am the next morning!!! To tell me my truck was ready. Not only that ,he knew my tyranny dip stick was fubared and he took the liberty of fixing it free of charge because he happened to have a spare one kicking about the shop. He took the time to talk to me about the diagnostics of my truck and was really truly awesome to deal with. I'm bringing my truck to him from now on and would recommend JRT to anyone!! Way to go John,I really appreciated your great service. Thank you. What normally would have been a week + of down time you turned into about 30 hours total. You da man. Cheers!”
