(October 28, 2023, 5:55 pm)Rebecca Spit Marine Provincial Park is a provincial park located on the east side of Quadra Island. Beautiful and easy to get to. An easy walk when you are there. Scenic and peaceful, but generally quite a few poeple due to the easy asccess and walks. If you are going for the views, sun set or sun rise is best, if you are not staying for lunch an hour there is plenty of time to plan for a stop.

(August 11, 2023, 5:52 pm)Beautiful park, with long rocky beaches covered in drift wood. Big field near parking lot in middle of spit is perfect for sports. Restrooms in a number of spots. Good trails for walking and running.

(May 9, 2023, 7:05 am)A special time was shared, walking the spit on a beautiful blue-sky day. Watch for the roots, but apart from that a fairly level and well-groomed hike can be had. Highly recommend. This is not a challenging or time-consuming hike, so do it!
