(August 5, 2023, 8:07 pm)Went in June. Sooo beautiful. Lagoon side wasn't busy. Great if you paddle board or kayak. Beginner area or great for kids swimming. The other side is the ocean view. A wharf and picnic tables around to have lunch.

(September 5, 2019, 5:05 am)Another great spot at Cortes, so nice with all the boats around and even saw a plane take off, great to chill too. Saw some seals here and it was lovely. The beach is full of rocks but meh, place is beautiful.
(April 11, 2017, 4:04 pm)Go get yourselves some casual oysters and clams from the bay at low tide. At high tide, there is a friendly harbour seal to go boating with out by the waterfall usually. Very tranquil setting, epitome of unspoilt BC coast
