“This place is top notch. Beautiful, family owned hotel. The owner is there and still Inspects every item that comes in for Russell's, the on-site upscale restaurant. Very concerned about quality and you can see the attention to detail throughout the whole hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. Bar was very cool and it is all affordable. You can get the package that includes dinner AND breakfast. They were both excellent. You also get a buy one get one free drink coupon. We will be coming back and won't stay anywhere else when we come to visit the falls.”

“Love the fact it is close to highway and airport. Get in, get out, no one gets hurt. The bathroom are very spacious and contemporary/modern, making the bathroom feel new like you are the first to use it. The rest of the furniture looked modern and business-like. Walls are a bit thin as I was able to hear the sound of children next door very clearly. Overall still good.”

“I stayed on Thursday May 30, 2019. Very Clean room. Absolutely no frills at all. There was a king size bed with new mattress and nice pillows, an old desk that someone probably found at a yard sale, new sink/counter area and shower and toilet in separate room. there was an ice bucket and two plastic cups and soap/shampoo but that is it in the room. I’d stay there again if needed. Can’t beat the price at $62 a night but put all my stuff in front of the door as I think the clientele aren’t the best but what’d I expect for $62.”

“Rooms were quiet. Fairly clean. Convenient to thruway, stores, restaurants. Overall impression...it is in need of a complete renovation. Does not appear to meet what we feel are La Quinta standards. Too many items to list that are needed to make rooms more presentable. One of our rooms, a handicapped accessible room, actually had a crack/hole in the tub floor. We had to ask for a rubber mat which was provided to cover the area. (The only other handicapped room was occupied.) Wallpaper was lifting/falling in rooms. Staff was pleasant. Felt badly for morning desk person who had to answer phones; check guests in/out; set up/replenish; break down; clean up breakfast area. Again, great location, but in need of a complete renovation.”

“This place was so beautiful. The decorative theme was Tuscan. It had all the appointments! The interior, as well as the exterior was ornate, not a detail overlooked! They even had a washer and dryer on each floor for guests convenience. They had an in house restaurant, bar, exercise room, sauna, and an awesome oversized aquarium. The exterior offered a beautiful pergola area for weddings, and boasts a beautiful fountain to enjoy! One of my favorites was the enormous crystal chandelier gracing the lobby reception area! The rooms were great, the beds extra comfortable, and the wait staff were awesome. I really liked this accommodation, and you will too!”

“This place is fantastic! Clean, super friendly staff, and excellent location! Everytime we wandered into any common area there seemed to be someone cleaning something. Patrick was a total gentleman and eager to offer the impeccable service expected at any Hilton subsidiary. Loved the shuttle service! They took us to restaurants and the shuttle runs around the clock as a bonus. Danny who drives in the mornings is very knowledgeable and helpful regarding just about anything. Definitely recommend this property! I would give it 10 stars if I could!”

“Clean, modern and cozy with good staff and good amenities. Very good location next to the thruway and multiple stores and restaurants. About 8 min from the airport. Rooms are small but very comfortable. The i90 highway noise is a bit loud but nothing to complain about. Highly recommended. Once again, Hilton owned properties are meeting and exceeding all expectations.”

“No frills. Had what we needed. Shared property with Anchor Bar, so got to check that off our list. Pet friendly at no extra charge. Quieter part of town. Como Park is nearby. The local road nearby leads to many dining options and stores, both directions. Free coffee at reception. Safe in the room. No fridge in our room. Two doubles room. Right near Cracker Barrel Old Country Store for a nice old meal. Fine overall.”

“We stay at the hotel over the weekend and had dinner at Italian Prime. The hotel and restaurant staff were very accommodating and food and drinks were good. Then room was simple, and the hall ways were bright and spacious. The only problem was the noise. When people walk down the hall you could hear them. Also the room next door had there TV on and you could hear it threw the wall.”
