“We had a terrible leak in the walls between the bathroom and spare room. Half of the spare room floor was completely damaged all due to a previous owners poor plumbing work. Because the leak was so bad we decided to get our bathroom floor and water compartment completely re-done as well as all the plumbing in the bathroom. Before all the plumbing looked like a nightmare now it looks amazing. Scott and his workers did a fabulous job. I will never go anywhere else for work on our mobile home. Scott has been there for us no matter what the issue. We have had our furnace kick the bucket along with the central air all in the same year. He is quick to aid us in all issues. Thank you for all the help!!!”

“My husband and I, along with a group of other friends stayed here while visiting Niagara Falls over the 4th of July weekend. Alice was great in accommodating everyone in our group. She was friendly and helpful when making our reservations. Our rooms were great and even though it sits right off the busy Niagara Fall Boulevard, you can barely hear traffic. It was great to sit out front of our rooms at night to chat. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was nice plus. The rooms were extremely clean, bathrooms were clean, and the grounds were well kept. The only down side to our visit was the pool not being open, however, it is something that wouldn't stop us from returning for a future visit. The picnic table located near the pool offered a great place for us to eat outside. The hotel has easy access to gas stations, grocery stores, and major stores, including the outlets. I highly recommend this hotel. It is small (only 6 rooms) but that adds to the charm. My husband and I would definitely stay here again.”

“The staff was very nice. The room was smaller than expected but nice and clean. A great value for the money. This is a place to go if you're on a budget but still want a clean and comfy place to stay for a few days. You won't get all the bells and whistles as the more expensive resorts. It accomplished what you need: a decent place for lodging. Free coffee & hot water from 6am - 10am. Our room actually had a fridge & microwave as well. We were able to take our pet for no extra charge. They were very good about that as well. Excellent! It's also close to shopping in Niagara falls, NY, which has grocery stores and department stores. About a 15-20 minutes drive too downtown Niagara falls and the rainbow bridge. They also have public transportation nearby.”

“The rooms look like just renovated as per 2015-Aug-30, the administration is very kind and you can negotiate the price if you get more than one night, good continental breakfast. No more bed bugs ( as previous reviews ) , very clean and even fancy for the price . About the comment of the guy who couldnt sleep, is a hotel, obviously is gona be cars and there is no such noise don't be a princess”

“Had my wedding here on May 22! I had nothing but AMAZING experiences here! The staff are so helpful and extremely friendly! Tia and Teresa are THE BEST!! They are so unbelievably helpful! U definitely recommand this place for any special event! The catering they provide was some of the best hotel food I have ever had and I kept going back for more! The venue itself is absolutely beautiful! I loved the fact I could get married along the water front! They really and truly care for every guest who stays and visits them!! “Clean and maintained facility. Price $150 for a night in June 1st week is high for what they have to offer. Breakfast starts at 7:30 which could be late for someone who wants to start day early.
