“Believe like all industries the restaurant was short staffed. My server Elena (?)was very attentive to our needs. It took about 40 minutes for the food to arrive and part of it was soggy and cold. Elena had it replaced and then took away the cold food. The "Kickin Memphis Chicken Sandwiches" was delicious.”

“My first trip to Frank & Gino's and it was probably the best service I've had in a long while. Needed a drink refill? Rae was on top of it. She was very friendly and polite and very attentive to our table. Food was DELICIOUS! Had the lasagna, and it has a light sweetness to the sauce which we loved. Everything was piping hot and the prices were super reasonable for what you get. We live out of town, but I will 100% stop back here!”

“Never seen a pizza place so busy! Even though they were crazy busy they went out of their way to acknowledge my presence. They were very adamant about awesome service. They multitasked with ease. “The Salty Dog is great. Their beer is easy to drink and there are three restaurants next door offering a variety of food. I got the Salty Dog beer flight and can't say I didn't like anything on it. The oysters at the neighbouring restaurant were fantastic as was the fish and chips with blueberry relish. My group liked everything we ordered (haloumi fries were also a winner). A gem offering a ton of local variety. Would definitely return.”

“Tacos Bros catered my sons birthday party. They set up their food truck in our driveway and served 25 guests quickly and efficiently. They were SO friendly and accommodating and were happy to make little changes to their menu to appeal to the young kiddos. The food was delicious (I was especially blown away by the veggie taco!) My only critique would be that the corn tortillas can get soft quickly from the meat juices so it’s best to eat them quick… they also served homemade tortilla chips with the tacos so it was great to scoop up anything on the plate that fell out of the taco. I highly recommend hiring Taco Bros for your next event!”

“Go watch the spectacular tidal bore then have a delicious baked good and yummy cafe latte at NovelTea. Like cheesecake? There were three different kinds. July husband enjoyed a pesto tomatoe flat bread and I had a Buddha bowl (nourish bowl). Lovely patio to sit, relax or watch people go by. Local artists and many books create a delightful ambience.”

“We popped in for brunch around 10am after seeing on Google that they were open only to find out they don't serve food until 11am. What - why? We walked around browsing in open shops and came back at 10:30am to have tea and a cookie as you could order that. Others were sitting at tables apparently waiting for food service to start. One lovely young lady was run off her feet getting coffee/tea orders ready and running the cash register while the kitchen staff was busy prepping for the day all while another young woman stood off to the side instead of helping until asked which was noticed by everyone at our table. We didn't stick around for brunch but will check back on another visit as the menu sounds great.”
