Stil Space is located close to lovely little shops and cafes, and there is plenty of free street parking in the area. I always feel grounded and more present in my body after leaving an acupuncture treatment with Ali or Alicia! Stil Space also offers sliding-scale community acupuncture on a monthly basis, and they occasionally run workshops focused on physical and mental wellness. I have also seen Richard for massage therapy and find his style both enjoyable and effective. He combines more traditional massage with gentle mobility and strength training exercises to help me improve my posture and decrease muscle tension. “I was fortunate enough to be present for the first day of Primordial Yoga! I experienced both the kundalini and the nidra yoga sessions. I took advantage of the beautiful new yoga items available to me, including a professional mat, warm blanket and super cool sitting bolster (I wish I had one at home!). The kundalini was the perfect challenge for a newcomer to this form (kundalini newbie here!). I was definately feeling it the next day. The nidra was an absolutely incredible experience. I could see the large gongs adding the ultimate touch of zen to the space. I was not expecting her to play them for more than a few minutes at the end. To my astonishment it was a full on gong bath!!!!! Taylor has an authentic soft presence which makes you feel instantly welcomed. Just when you think you may have reached your kundalini limit, her smiling voice assures you how great you are doing (and that you are almost there). Her ability to methodically trance you into the perfect space during nidra shows a trained voice well beyond her years. She melds with the gongs as she expertly creates healing frequencies. Needless to say I shall be returning.”

“10/10 Would recommend. Appropriate for all ages and abilities. I started going to Evolve after recovering from an injury. From Day 1, the trainers welcomed me and helped modify exercises so that I could participate as I recovered. They have always made me feel safe, both physically and mentally. Now, it’s 6 months later and I feel more healthy and fit than I have ever been! I’ve really enjoyed the Bootcamps, which are a 45min full-body circuit workout. I find they work well for me because I really don’t have to think about what to do at the gym; I can just come in, follow along, and get a quick and efficient workout. They’ve also helped a lot on the nutrition and lifestyle end of things. It hasn’t always been easy to find healthy and delicious meals that I can put together after a long day, but the Evolve nutrition guides have made it painless! They offer a ton of classes at a variety of times, which has helped me transform my old routine into a much healthier one.
