“One of the loveliest air bnbs at which I have stayed.I am a former air bnb superhost, and my thoughts were on how delightful the hostess was, how beautiful the rooms and view.This air bnb gave a new meaning to the word ' sparkling'...she irons the sheets and duvet, has a tray of hot tea, and best of all, listens to her guests. I hope to return in the fall to see the turning leaves, and walk in Peace Park, visit Lunenburg again, and chat with the hostess. It's affordable, too.I so very much recommend it.”

“My wife and I stayed in Lunenburg for one night and found Sail Inn through an online booking site. In short, we were absolutely blown away! The building is in the heart of old town, within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, and we had a great view of the harbour! The bedroom and bathroom were both quite spacious and (to our relief) we were able to keep cool using the room's AC unit on a particularly hot day. Our breakfast the next morning was super tasty (get a piece of the local smoked salmon if it's available!) and we had a nice chat with the owners who were super friendly.”

“We stayed in the Harbourview room, which is really two rooms. We LOVED having a separate sleeping room and living/bathroom. The location is within the Lunenburg historic district and within walking distance to everything there. Kaulbach House is historic and charming on the outside, but the inside has a more modern charm. The modern bathroom; coffee machine in the room; and great wifi were much appreciated. Our hosts were friendly and easy to talk to and the breakfasts were ample fuel to start the day. You could see the harbour from our living room and there was a great sea breeze through the window. We definitely would stay here if we ever visit Lunenburg again. We were on a road trip, so also appreciated the convenient parking in the back.”

“Clean room, excellent service, the best views and ideal location to be able to explore the town of Lunenburg. Definitely more than worth the price. Cannot wait to return. The fact that you get to stay on a strip filled with restaurants and overlook the actual Blue Nose and gift shop is priceless. Every area of our room was clean and practical and the layout was really well thought-out. Family friendly is a bonus!”

“Our booking was made through a third party site, on arrival there was a slight mix up, but the owner Tim was on top of sorting it out and getting us squared away in the proper room. With unseasonably warm weather, we opted for a room with a balcony and were lucky to have an amazing view of the harbour. The hotel is centrally located, easy walk to so many restaurants and of course the Waterfront. Parking available on the street, no issue for us being low season, might not be as easy a find in peak season. No issues with the room, bed was the comfortable and bathroom was adequate. We'd definitely consider staying here again and recommend a balcony suite if staying here.”

“Best getaway I could hope for, at a reasonable price, with amazing friendly hosts. The view, the communication, the nice touches... Everything was perfect and was better than what I was expecting. I stayed two extra days and got to experience the trailer and then the cabin. I can not wait to go back. I'll become a regular! The many nice beaches nearby and the unbeatable sunsets will make you want to be a regular as well. Beautiful Lunenberg and its great restaurants and art galleries are a short drive as well.”
