“Beautiful park to walk our dog at, with many trails and look offs. We enjoyed reading the interpretative panels and were pleased to see garbage, compost and recycling bins at multiple points within the park. Ample parking and even in the off season we saw many people. It was a bit icy, but this is expected given that there is no winter maintenance.”

The community fire pit is great and at night with the lights they have hanging..it just a pretty spot at night! I honestly could go and on! “We stayed here for two days in early July. We had a great time. Our toddler loved playing in the pool and cruising his bike around the park. He also loved exploring the river behind our campsite, which was the perfect depth for a toddler to play safely, though this could change depending on the time of year. Staff was very friendly, as was the community of seasonal guests. A handful of spots had their service hook ups in awkward places, but that's easy to work around. The campground is situated conveniently close to Mahone Bay, which makes for great excursions for the family to go exploring and taken in the beauty of the South Shore. Recommended!”

Beautiful. If your in an RV a front water sight is nice but very close together.Rest of sights feel like you are camping in a field or parking lot. Staff is not friendly but ocean walk makes it worth it.”
