“They have one of the worst customer service for a franchise... i asked for iced coffee with extra cream and two double double but they gave me regular coffee with two black coffees. When I asked for a refund, the person in the drive through gave me attitude asking why i drove away if I knew it wasn't my order. It was so rude.. I didn't make the order myself, I was just picking so yes it was partly my fault but I don't think her rudeness was necessary at ALL. Terrible services seriously.”

“My boyfriend and I usually love coming here as it is cheap and he loves the deep dish. Most of the time the pizzas are good and so is the service. The man and the woman who work there are always nice to us and give great customer service. However this time we got a younger girl with glasses. She seemed to be totally miserable and unhappy. Didn't smile at us or even look at us. We got the deep dish but when we tried to eat it, it was extremely greasy, floppy, and I'm pretty sure was undercooked. It wasn't even cut. I had to cut it myself when I got home. I think the dough was raw. Also my boyfriend said he was feeling a bit nauseous after eating 2 slices. He had to spit it out actually. I only had 1 slice. So now if we do go back there in the future, if we see the man or woman at the counter, we'll order as they've always given us good pizza. But if we see that younger girl there I'm turning around and walking out. She had just horrible customer service. Even if things are going badly at home or whatnot, you don't bring that to work. That kills businesses.”
