I've been training with Josh for almost two years now and it's been great! I was hesitant at first, being new to the gym environment, but he's been incredibly understanding and has consistently put together a challenging, yet do-able program each week to suit my abilities.
The atmosphere at UFIT is amazing also. The entire staff, as well as other members are very friendly & inviting; and Josh's pup Marv is (almost) always around to give you some doggy-healing after a tough workout. If you're searching for a new personal trainer, I highly recommend UFIT.
Can’t say enough good things about the UFIT Kingston family ???? I wanted great personal training and an environment to match but was concerned with accommodations to my abilities (some workouts are right after being up all night with Lach so my endurance is lacking and I yawn a lot!) as well as my stupid crazy schedule and some changes outside of my control. Not only has everyone been incredibly welcoming and accommodating but they really know their stuff and working around hyper mobility and injuries is easy. My whole family goes here now and everyone is happy ???? ???? Thanks so much Tyler Filson Tyson O'Toole Joshua Maveety Courtney Plumb Sara Maveety and Marv! Oh did I mention I get greeted by a German Shepherd puppy every day? ????
This gym has changed my life! Josh, Tyler and the Tyler are fantastic at what they do! Prices are fair and the results are incredible! Lost over 50 lbs since I started training last year!
Been a member of this gym now since it opened. Josh, Tyson and Tyler are great to train with either doing personal training or boot camps. The boot camp atmosphere is like a big family, and feel connected to each person and push each other to be better every workout.
