This gym has become a second home and family to myself and many others. Over the years, I had many amazing coaches that always went above and beyond the help make me be the best gymnast I could be.They were patient and took steps to help me learn new moves. They taught me to work hard and to believe in myself. They were passionate, dedicated and knowledgeable about the sport. The Hamilton Gymnastics Academy taught me many life skills that I carry with me today. Gymnastics builds self confidence, teaches you to be organized, hard working and determined.
