“I cannot recommend this hospital and Dr. Anderson enough! HANDS DOWN the absolute BEST for rabbit care in the greater Hamilton area. My 7 going on 8 y/o bun has been a patient of Dr. Anderson’s for a few years now and I wish we found her sooner. For anyone who has extra high standards for their rabbits, has had bad vet experiences, are skeptical/distrustful of finding good quality care, or just want the very best for their buns- LOOK NO FURTHER! Dr. Anderson is thorough, skilled, extremely knowledgeable and informative, AMAZING with handling (and administering even the most unpleasant procedures comfortably to easily stressed buns), and is genuinely caring, honest, and kind. Trustworthy, professional, very dedicated and accommodating- regardless of the reason/severity/urgency for a visit, she consistently provides a welcoming, comforting, and positive experience for both you and your pet. “Amazing staff, so friendly and gentle with my very scared elderly cat. By the end he was relaxed and happy. They explained each possible procedure he might need and the costs, and were very helpful to explain what is necessary and what are just extra tests if needed, I didn't feel pressured.
