“We were looking for a brake controller and weight-distribution hitch for our Ram truck to pick up a newly-purchased 28' travel trailer. After many calls and comparison pricing, Action's parts and installation prices were most definitely better than dealerships and others. We got to Action early, as we were not local, and they took us in an hour earlier than our appointment. James and Kyle were both very knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help any way they could. After we picked up the trailer, they offered for us to stop back at Action for them to double check the sway bar. They took the time to make some adjustments for us, without any extra charge. We haven't had this type of excellent customer service for a while. We will definitely be repeat customers.”

“Not sure if there was a management change recently, definitely the name and shop has been upgraded, if only they spent a little on their people. Booked a day for a tire change and alignment as my current tires were chewed up from the inside pointing to an issue. The original booking was a week out but right after booking I called back to move it another week to make sure I get the vehicle there in time. To make it easy for them and myself, I dropped it off the night before and left the keys in the drop box. The morning of the appointment I get a call asking where I was. I mean did they even bother looking outside ??? Then the next messed up thing, is they changed the tires as they should have but didn’t do the alignment. When I called them to confirm before picking up they said oh sorry it’s too late now and plus it should be okay without an alignment, which is ironic coming from the same people who say we should align the wheels once a year. So I’m super dissatisfied with their service for sure. Will update with proof of receipt to confirm that I was there Update: I shared my above experience with my management team since we are a leading tire manufacturer. Our team contacted the Bensons manager who then offered to get my car back to perform the alignment and honour the 20% discount that was written in the offer as part of our employee discount scheme. So it took another visit, made me walk 3 KMs both ways to drop and pick the vehicle since I couldn’t arrange a ride a second time. So bumping up to 3 stars as now the overall experience was just satisfactory.”

“Recently bough a new car from this Mazda dealership and had a great experience. After going to a different dealership and being turned away with no options for purchasing on-site or ordering a vehicle, we called Bay Mazda and they had lots of vehicles on the lot for purchase including the model we were interested in. They saw us day-of and provided us with a test drive and time to sit with a sales associate, Matt, to discuss purchasing which was great. When we finalized the sale we ran into difficulties with trading in our current vehicle, and one of the managers Aidan and finance associate Kaycee were extremely helpful and accommodating in helping us sort out the trade-in on short notice. Toby was also excellent at showing us the features of our car when we got it and offered for us to come back if we wanted to turn off or on any of the features. He also booked us in for an oil change before we left which was convenient. We live in Kingston but will be returning here for services when we can as they have a great team here.”
