Nick answered the phone and gave us the details we needed professionally, politely and kindly. We decided to go ahead with the work and we are very happy that we chose this company. The team was amazing: they answered our emails/calls in a timely manner, they explained in detail what they were doing, and they gave us the best quality for our money. For Astral Power Solutions Inc. it’s clear the client is very important. We ordered one of the wood stoves they sell, but due to some issues with the factory, the company couldn’t get it in time for the installation. Nick did his best to find us another wood stove, a better one, and the company matched the price we agreed on for the first wood stove. They honoured the price of the first quote even when they had to do more work and use more materials than they evaluated on the quote.
